How does it work?
It's very simple. Once your product is set up, when your customers scan the QR code or NFC with their phone, it will take them directly to the URL or link you have configured for your QR. Your customers or followers will be able to leave you a review or follow you on your social media.
How do I activate it?
Activating your QR is quick and simple. Follow these steps:
1. Scan your QR.
2. Register on our platform.
3. Add the URL or link that will open when scanning your QR.
If you already have an account on our platform, simply log in at step 2.
You also have the option to create a new account, for which you must use an email that is not already registered.
Are there any additional costs or maintenance fees?
No. There are no account maintenance fees on Messagenes. Your QR will work as long as it is linked to a valid URL or link.
How do I create my QR?
We have already created the QR so you can use it once it's configured. When you purchase your sticker, card, or stand, your QR is already generated and ready to be set up.
What if I lose my card?
Contact us at [email protected] or send us a message on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help you.
Can I change the URL or link?
Yes, you can change the URL or link as many times as you want.
