It's as simple as:
1. Scan your QR code.
2. Log in to your Messagenes account, find your business, and link your page.
I can’t find my business location in the business finder
This may be because your business doesn’t have a physical address. To add your URL follow these steps: 1) Log in to your Google Business Profile. 2) Search for your business on Google. 3) Scroll down to the "Request Reviews" menu. 4) Copy the direct link from the pop-up window, then on your Messagenes Account 5) In your QR settings, select "I can't find my business" and enter the copied link.
Can I modify the linked link to my QR?
Yes, you can change the URL or link as many times as you want. To change it, go to your Messagenes account > find your QR > click on it > go to the bottom menu and click on "target" or "modify".
Can I have the same linked link to several QRs?
Yes, you can! Each QR is independent, so you can configure it with the URL or link of your choice.
Can I create a new account for new QRs?
You don’t need to! With a single account on app.messagenes.com, you can link, configure, and manage all your Messagenes QRs. If for any reason you want to have a separate account, you can create it with a new email.
Where Can I create my personalized card/sticker?
Simply go to https://shop.messagenes.com/en/pages/customizations and fill out the form.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password anytime at this link by entering your registered email: https://app.messagenes.com/request-password-reset.
How can I update my account information?
Log in and go to your profile page to update your account details on app.messagenes.com.

How do QR cards, stands, and stickers work?
Our products use QR and NFC technology. Once you link your QR to your URL page or social media profile, it becomes active for scanning. Anyone who scans your QR will be directed to your selected URL.
Is this QR available in different sizes, colors, or variants?

How do I use this QR?
Your QR will arrive with instructions. Simply scan the QR or NFC, create an account on Messagenes, and link it to your business. Once set up, your customers can scan it to leave reviews or follow you on social media.
Can this QR be used for indoor or outdoor purposes?
Cards are usually carried in pockets, so they are protected. Stickers exposed to direct sunlight may fade in about six months. Stands are typically placed indoors to prevent theft or loss. All QRs are waterproof.
